Assistant Manager - Centennial Location
Solera Salon is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at our Centennial location. If you're a customer service ROCK STAR with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! We are looking for candidates who are self-starters and go-getters, capable of multitasking, taking initiative, and providing exceptional service. You must be available for 40 hours per week and able to handle a range of responsibilities with energy and enthusiasm.
About the Role:
As the Assistant Manager, you will be a vital part of the leadership team, reporting directly to the Location Manager. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of our café and boutique, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing the Guest Service Representative (GSR) Team, providing guidance, support, and training to new team members.
Enforcing Solera Salon's standard operating procedures to ensure consistency in service quality.
Inventory control, including performing physical counts and reconciling discrepancies.
Assisting with facility operations, including cleanliness and maintenance.
Supporting the Location Manager with marketing and social media efforts to promote our brand.
Building and maintaining strong working relationships with business owners, team members, and vendors.
Handling Point of Sale (POS) systems and providing excellent customer service.
What We’re Looking For:
Customer service experience is a must—be prepared to set the tone as the first point of contact for our members and their clients.
The ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently under pressure.
A positive, upbeat, and approachable demeanor.
Experience in inventory control is a plus.
Barista experience is preferred, but not required.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to train and motivate a team.
Point of Sale and cleaning experience will be beneficial.
