Key Responsibilities:
Carefully and accurately pack products according to established standards and guidelines.
Inspect products for defects, damages, or inconsistencies before packing.
Ensure proper labeling, sealing, and packaging of products.
Organize and arrange packaged products for shipping or distribution.
Maintain a clean and organized packing area.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Requirements:
Previous experience in packing or a related role is a plus, but not required.
Attention to detail and the ability to follow specific instructions.
Basic organizational skills to manage packaging materials efficiently.
Good communication skills to work effectively within a team.
Physical stamina to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Willingness to adhere to company policies and safety guidelines.
Employment period: 3 months, with the opportunity to become a full-time employee.
Starting rate: $13/hour, will vary based on experience
