Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and personable Sales Representative to join our expanding team. In this role, you will engage with potential clients, understand their insurance needs, and introduce them to the life insurance and financial protection solutions we offer. This position is ideal for someone motivated by helping others and passionate about building meaningful client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect, identify, and qualify new leads

Educate potential clients on life insurance options and benefits

Conduct client needs assessments and recommend appropriate products

Present and promote Executive Life Associates, Inc. services

Guide clients through the application and underwriting process

Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals

Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare sales activity reports

Collaborate with the support team to ensure a smooth client experience

Qualifications

Previous sales experience (insurance or financial services preferred)

Active life insurance license (or willingness to obtain one)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

High level of professionalism, integrity, and empathy

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-centric
