EMG is growing, and we’re looking for an Automotive Sales Consultant preferably bilingual (English/Spanish) to join our dynamic team!
What We’re Looking For
- A positive, outgoing personality with strong people skills
- Bilingual communication skills (English + Spanish required/preferred)
- Passion for creating great customer experiences
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Self-motivated with a desire to grow and succeed
- Prior sales or automotive experience is a bonus, but not required—we’ll train the right person!
What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist customers on the sales floor
- Build relationships and guide customers through their vehicle purchase
- Provide clear, helpful communication in both English and Spanish
- Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing customer relationships
- Achieve sales goals with support from management
- Stay knowledgeable on current inventory, promotions, and financing options
