Assist all owners and internal customers offering “5”star customer service via phone calls to the Account Services Customer Service Department.DutiesSpeak with owners that call after 30 days from the date of purchase.Answer owner questions, take payments and all tasks related to the “5” star standard.Provide service to owner requests within the departmental guidelines.Maintain appropriate departmental logs, CSM, MR, etc.
