Assistant to help manage rental of a beach vacation rental as well as farm records and investment records and expenses for tax purposes. Need help maintaining my computer and iPhone so that I can use it most productively. Use Airbnb, VRBO, booking.com and others to rent beach condo. I am 87 year old man and have more busy work than I can stand and need to avoid things falling through the crack due to my lack of attention to detail. We have an air-conditioned 3rd garage with with a computer and desk and bathroom. Initially will likely need to work in the home with me to learn what needs to be done in home office. Good computer and telephone manipulation skills would be a plus. May be ideal for a part time mom with limited work hours available who may live close by. Expect 20-25 hours/week. $13-14/hour to start with increases as skills and productivity increase.
