Description: Elevator Installation Mechanic to work at least 40 hours a week + overtime working on new installations.
Description of Duties: Installation of traction and hydraulic home elevators. Responsible for overseeing the complete installation of in-home elevators. Installing and testing electrical systems. Maintaining stock and ordering supplies. Maintaining a clean work area. Perform proper timekeeping. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical malfunctions.
Desired experience: Prior elevator installation experience or related work experience is required. Ability to work independently or in teams. Detail oriented.

Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or GED with 2-5 years of elevator, electrical, HVAC or carpentry experience. Must be willing to travel up to 50% and work long hours if needed. Must not be afraid of heights, heavy lifting or hard work. Must be able to work in confined spaces. Must have valid, clean driving record and able to pass pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen.
