About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive, enthusiastic, and motivated Sales Woman Assistant to join our high-performing team. The right candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping people, and brings positive energy to the office every day.
What You’ll Do:
-Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments with professionalism and care
-Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads
-Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide timely follow-up
-Keep our CRM organized and up-to-date (JobNimbus/other platforms)
-Support the sales team with scheduling, documentation, and daily operations
-Contribute to a friendly, high-energy, team-focused office culture
What We’re Looking For:
-A proactive, enthusiastic “go-getter”
-Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude
-Comfort making calls and speaking with clients
-Ability to multitask and stay organized
-Previous and demonstrable experience in sales or customer service is a MUST
-Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Compensation & Benefits:
