This individual will manage multiple projects and ensure day-to-day project activities are on track / on time and will work cross-functionally to keep leadership and impacted areas / teams apprised of progress and risks. This role requires effective partnering within network as well as other business areas (clinical, operations, Medicare segment).Required Qualifications

Successful project management experience in health operations or similar disciplines with increasingly more complex projects across a highly-matrixed organization

Project/program expertise in stakeholder facilitation, communications and relationship management

Medicare Advantage Products, including a basic understanding of special needs Medicare plans (e.g. DSNP, CSNP, etc.)

Key concepts (high level) of provider networks as they pertain to Medicare Advantage products (contracting, adequacy, value-based payment models)

Skills In:

Project management fundamental skills: planning, controlling, leading, risk/issue management, budget management

Oral and written presentations to internal/external customers, constituents and business partners, strong business acumen and can perform reasonability checks

Act as an advocate for change will require influencing others to see the value in project, including managing interpersonal sensitivities and articulating the strategic view to ensure project alignment

Effective communication within and across project teams, key stakeholders

Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years successful project management experience in health operations or similar disciplines with increasingly more complex projects across a highly matrixed organization.

Project / Program expertise in stakeholder facilitation, communications, and relationship management

Understanding & knowledge of Value based contracts

Ability to travel in support of critical meetings

Preferred Qualifications

Medicare and/or Medicaid Delegation

Delegation / capitation and associated contract and performance oversight

PMP Certification

Key concepts (high level) of provider networks as they pertain to Medicaid products (contracting, adequacy, value-based payment models)

Previous Network experience

EducationBachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualificationPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$67,900.00 - $199,144.80This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
