Veteran Bartender for Neighborhood Bar

Upscale restaurant seeking an experienced bartender looking for a "home" with at least 5 years of verifiable experience and is comfortable with classic and craft cocktails. Great central location with very attractive buildout and great potential. We are looking for an individual who (1) can consistently report on time to work every day at 4 p.m. (2) who is seeking a permanent position (3) whose references will say is "undeniably reliable" (4) is comfortable and patient on "off nights" (there can be many) (5) a personality who can committ 6 months to building the clientele (and live with those "slow nights"). Hours are 4 p.m. to close (9:30 P.M) Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday(10:30 pm). Please submit three reachable reference. A background check also performed. Minimum Income guarantee of annual $55 K is based on a base salary plus percentage of tip out and consistent performance of 5 days a week schedule (included in contract) Income can very likely exceed the minium based on your performace.
