About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our cabinetmaking team in an entry-level role. This position is ideal for someone with basic woodworking knowledge or hands-on construction/shop experience who wants to grow into a skilled craftsman role over time.
Responsibilities
Assist in cutting, sanding, and assembling cabinet parts under supervision.
Learn to safely operate woodworking tools and equipment.
Handle material prep, including measuring, labeling, and staging parts for production.
Perform shop support tasks such as sweeping, organizing, and loading/unloading materials.
Work closely with senior craftsmen to develop skills in cabinetry and finishing.
Qualifications
0–2 years of woodworking, carpentry, or related shop experience (training provided).
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
Ability to follow instructions and prioritize safety.
Reliable attendance and teamwork-oriented attitude.
