About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced cabinetmaker with advanced woodworking skills to join our custom manufacturing team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in high-end custom cabinetry, an eye for detail, and the ability to take projects from blueprint to completion with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
Interpret shop drawings and project specifications to build custom cabinets, doors, and millwork components.
Operate and maintain woodworking machinery (table saws, jointers, planers, routers, etc.
Perform precision cuts, joinery, and assembly for high-quality finishes.
Troubleshoot production challenges and provide craftsmanship solutions.
Train or mentor junior shop employees when necessary.
Maintain safety, efficiency, and quality control standards.
Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on cabinetmaking or fine woodworking experience.
Strong understanding of wood species, veneers, finishes, and hardware.
Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings/blueprints.
Proficient in the use of both hand and power tools.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship.
