Restaurant is located upcountry in Makawao at a Educational Retreat Center serving Dinner, Breakfast and occasional lunches
Duties include but not limited to Assisting Chef, Plating, Stocking, Cleaning, Sorting, dishes, glassware and flatware throughout shift, Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen, prep and service stations and dinning room.
Assistant the chef as needed with food preparation and plating
