Consumer Protection Firm which practices nationally and has a large volume of clients is looking for an attorney(s) who is looking for small claims cases to supplement or grow their practice.
Familiarity with M.G.L. 93A is required, some litigation experience is preferred.
Trial experience is a plus. Speaking Spanish is a plus. Applicant must be well-spoken, professional, patient with clients, must work quickly, willing to take most cases on contingency in reliance of fee shifting provisions in federal and state statute(s), and be proficient in legal research and writing.
