Description Our client, a public organization and well-known presence throughout western mass is looking to hire a HR Business Partner to support their HR administration.The HR Business Partners will administer human resources programs and will develop solutions to regulations or workplace activities that could affect employment practices. The HR Business Partner will review and continuously evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs while ensuring compliance with all company policies.Responsibilities:Develop HR programs and strategy to support business needs. This includes establishing practices concerning employment laws and employee relations to ensure compliance.Provide trainings and development programs to support the business.Act as a liaison with department heads on policy, procedure, workers compensation, and compliance.Organizational development and succession planningMaintain compensation data and oversee the performance reviews. Including conducting surveys and assessing market trends for budget and management purposes.Develop benefit programs for the organization. This includes managing relationships with brokers and benefit carriers, renewal processes for company benefit plans, and assisting with responding to employee questions.Compliance with all federal and state regulationsAssist with managing HR budget and development.Assist with training initiatives.Ad hoc projects to support the Director of Human Resources and Executive TeamQualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field.

At least seven years of relevant experience in human resources.

Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
