43 year old woman who is a survivor of a traumatic brain injury is seeking a direct care professional to support her in her home and the community. Job duties include but are not limited to: Following care plan. Assisting with transfers, bathing and hygiene, medication passing, serving food and drink, journaling, assisting with crafts, assisting with client's dog, home organization, transportation to medical appointments, shopping, church & social events, laundry, light cleaning, companionship, etc.
We are seeking a compassionate, trustworthy, hardworking, fun, physically strong, reliable woman to join client's support team.
Must pass a background check, provide references, have a valid driver's license and properly insured, safe car (mileage reimbursed).
Desired candidate would have some experience with TBI or have worked with persons living with mental health issues.
Current available hours are weekend day and evening shifts, weekday evening shifts. Coverage for sick and vacation of other team members. 20-25 hours per week but could be more some weeks
