Reception duties:Assist with responding and attending general queries from the team and supporting in administrative tasksDocument formatting, when requiredManage meeting room bookingsEvent management for quarterly team eventsSit at reception and make sure all meeting rooms are functionalAnswering and diverting client calls to appropriate personsOrdering & topping up stationery & office supplies for each levelMaintaining a clean office space – emptying the dishwasher, maintaining coffee machine etc.Organizing and preparing catering & drinks for in-house events (e.g. birthday month, town hall, Vivid etc.)Logging all office maintenance jobs with the building managerProgramming security passes for new starters and interstate visitorsReceiving and sorting mail & packages Meeting & greeting clients as first point of contactMeeting room preparation - Setting up/Packing down meeting rooms for eventsBooking local, interstate & overseas couriers and sending mailAllocating & maintaining lockers for staff use on both levelsOther adhoc tasks Administration duties:Organizing payment for vendors via D365, ensuring all invoice are paid in a timely mannerAssisting other teams with external event planningOrganizing business cards nationallyCreating slide reminders & events on the TV in the kitchen for staff on a weekly basis (optional)Submitting delegated expenses (optional)
