CONTRACT MANAGEMENTManage warehousing and distribution third party logistics (3PL’s) to achieve the most effective and efficient cost to serveConduct regular performance reviews of 3PL operations to ensure service and costs meet expectationsProcess 3PL invoices and prepare for paymentIdentify and implement continuous improvement projects with 3PL collaborationDefine service level agreements (SLA’s) and monitor of supplier performanceINVENTORY ACCURACYManage inventory accuracy through regular stock-takes, investigation of errors, and monitoring stock movementsInvestigate and minimise product damage throughout the supply chainEnsure processing and recording of all inventory movements and invoicesMaintain efficient and effective recall procedures are always ready for implementationReconcile, investigate and action daily stock reconciliationACCOUNTABILITY/REPORTINGMonthly management reporting, including KPI analysis for external suppliers and customersPartner with Sales Teams to conduct regular reviews with key distributors and major customersPrepare KPI reports for external suppliers and relevant customersGenerate monthly KPI reporting to National Operations Manager (Finished Goods Levels, Costs, Free Goods)Compile logistics quality reports and submit filed samples to HQPROJECTSAssist with distribution planning, outsourcing decisions, provider selection, and contract implementationPrepare and attend monthly budget review meetingsProvide budget recommendations aligned with the business planning process.
