Proposals Manager

Working on the largest and most exciting opportunities in the Real Estate market, this role takes ownership of the end-to-end proposal development process - ensuring high-quality, creative, and client-focused submissions. This is a key role in the Business Development Centre in Australia, a specialised team that provides strategic direction and execution of new business pursuits. The role reports to the National Director, Marketing & Communications for Australia and works in collaboration with a dedicated graphic design role.Some of your key responsibilities will include:Lead and manage the full proposal process, from planning and scheduling through to content creation and submission.Analyse requirements and ensure proposals meet all specifications, compliance needs, and deadlines.Coordinate contributions from service line teams.Work with team graphic designer to create compelling visuals of content and messaging.Draft content aligned to win themes and proposal strategy.Help facilitate kick-off meetings, storyboarding, and reviews.Champion continuous improvement initiatives, uplifting our approach to pitching processes.Work with teams on presentation content and delivery.
