Req Number 131789Job DescriptionPerforms senior functions in Plumbing including, maintenance of sanitary systems, water lines, vacuum, medical and gas lines and outlets.Job Responsibility

Performs senior functions relating to the plumbing shop for various assignments throughout the facility.

Coordinates and collaborates with other staff to assure that departmental outcomes are achieved.

Assists management to stock shop materials and maintain a safe working environment.

Responds in emergency situations and expedites as quickly as possible in conjunction with other trades; repairs and/or replaces any hazardous or leaking water, steam, waste piping; assists in snow removal duty.

Reports major repairs to management.

Maintains a safe working environment.

Job Qualification

Associate's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

3-5 years of relevant experience, required.
