We are an established upscale Italian restaurant in the heart of White Plains, NY, seeking a dedicated Cook / Line Cook / Chef to join our growing culinary team.
Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person who has passion, discipline, and a strong desire to learn authentic Italian cuisine.
Position: Full-Time Cook / Chef
Location: White Plains, NY
Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience
Schedule: Full-time, nights & weekends required
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook high-quality Italian dishes to restaurant standards
Assist with daily prep, line setup, and closing procedures
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team and follow direction
Ensure consistency, presentation, and portion control on all dishes
Learn and execute new recipes and specials as needed
equirements:
Experience in an Italian or upscale dining environment preferred
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
Reliable, punctual, and professional
