Position Overview
The Field & Operations Lead plays a key role in coordinating daily operations and supporting the detailing team in the field. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and ready to grow with the company. You’ll help manage scheduling, customer service, inventory, and team logistics to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Scheduling & Dispatching: Oversee and organize daily routes and appointments for mobile detailing technicians.
Team Coordination: Support field & office staff with training, communication, and job readiness.
Customer Service: Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Inventory Oversight: Monitor supplies and equipment; assist with ordering and restocking.
Quality Assurance: Help maintain service standards and ensure consistent results.
Record Keeping: Track completed jobs, customer feedback, and operational data.
Process Support: Assist in refining workflows for office and field team and improving efficiency.
Billing Oversight: Ensure invoices are accurately prepared and submitted to client companies in a timely manner; follow up on outstanding payments as needed.
Qualifications
Experience in operations, logistics, or customer service (preferred 1 or more years' experience)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable using scheduling tools and mobile apps
Ability to work independently and lead small teams
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Interest in auto detailing or the automotive industry is a plus
