Description We are looking for a Help Desk Analyst I to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity in the telecom industry. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will act as a liaison between the Service Desk and other teams, handle complex end-user support issues, and play a crucial part in IT projects and Service Management initiatives. Responsibilities: Represent the Service Desk by liaising with 2nd and 3rd level teams to facilitate the transition of new and changing services Handle complex end-user support issues and provide support to team members by focusing on restoring service to end-users Understand your role in relation to IT projects and IT Service Management initiatives Understand and implement processes such as Incident, Problem, and Change Management to provide superior support and high availability to our business Be prepared to cover alternative shifts when needed Utilize skills in Active Directory, MS Windows 10, and End-User Support to perform tasks effectively and efficiently. Requirements Proficiency in Active Directory is required Must have experience with MS Windows 10 Should have skills in End-User Support Excellent problem-solving abilities are essential Good communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary Ability to work well in a team environment Knowledge of ITIL processes would be advantageous Experience in a customer service role is beneficial Must be able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple problems simultaneously Must be willing to continue learning and improving IT skills Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent work experience is preferred.
