Facilitate the coordination and scheduling of interviews between prospective candidates and hiring managers.
Assist in the creation and management of job postings, and help identify potential candidates through various recruitment channels.
Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring clear and prompt communication throughout the recruitment process.
Regularly update and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
Provide administrative support to the recruiting team, including assistance with special projects and other tasks as needed.
Requirements
Prior experience in a recruitment support capacity.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software is ideal.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
