Hi I’m Anna! I'm 4 foot 10. Bonus if you're taller than me as sometimes it makes it easier to do things. Please note: I'm close to Southwest Community Center should you need a place to compare distance.
I’m a 40 year old who loves learning new crafts, painting, seeing movies, writing children’s books, swimming and just about anything else I can do within my limitations.What limitations you ask? Well I have Spastic Cerebral Palsy. I do not have the ability to walk, dress, bathe and sometimes feed myself. You will be giving me my shower and helping with pari care. Despite this I am very intelligent and strive for as much independence as possible.
I use a wheelchair to get around as I am unable to walk on my own. I also use a Sara Steady (lots of videos on YouTube) to help with transferring. My speech is a little impaired because of my muscles that do not always cooperate with me. I wear glasses for seeing far away and only see primarily out my left eye. I also can’t see depth very well so unfamiliar as well as crowed places sometimes can be challenging for me to navigate.
We are looking for a mature, dependable, and responsible person to help with light household support in a quiet home environment. This is a good fit for someone steady, patient, and comfortable working independently.
