Our strategy includes building teams across our global network to pioneer and shape the future of PCI.Position SummaryThe Financial Analyst role will play a vital part in enhancing PCI’s financial performance by analyzing revenue trends, monitoring revenue performance, and identifying opportunities for improvement. This role requires strong analytical skills and financial knowledge to closely monitor revenue and support strategic decision-making. By conducting variance analysis, collaborating with Business Development teams, and generating detailed reporting, you will provide essential insights for Management’s decision making, impacting the segment’s overall financial performance. Additionally, this role ensures the accuracy and integrity of revenue data and supports our budgeting and financial planning processes.This role can be fully remote but the individual needs to travel to the Bedford, NH office monthly as needed.Key Responsibilities:

Analyze Revenue Trends : Continuously monitor and analyze revenue patterns to identify areas for potential financial growth and improvement

Reporting Insights : Generate detailed reports that summarize revenue performance and offer actionable insights for PCI Management

Collaborate on Strategies : Partner with Business Development teams to create and implement strategies aimed at enhancing revenue reporting

Variance Analysis : Perform variance analysis to compare projected revenue against forecasted figures, providing explanations for any discrepancies

Data Analytics : Utilize data analytics tools to extract, manipulate, and analyze revenue data

Data Accuracy : Ensure the accuracy and integrity of revenue data across different reporting systems

Budgeting Support : Contribute to the budgeting and financial planning processes with relevant revenue data and insights

Competencies Required:

The ability to perform strategic analysis and prepare financial models to support strategic planning activities

Strong analytical skills, using data to create narratives and stories to help inform decision-making

Completing analyses and presenting them to key stakeholders

Identifying business improvement opportunities and efficiencies

Ability to process and analyze data from diverse sources

Effective communication facilitation among team members to ensure aligned efforts

Accountability for delivering on commitments, owning mistakes, and using them as learning opportunities

Holds self and others accountable for specific deliverables and maintains high-quality work standards

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field

5+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel

Ability to meet deadlines and manage conflicting priorities

Experience with financial planning and analysis functions, including annual budget, capital budgeting, long-term strategic planning and resource allocation processes
