1. Identify, approach, and secure Tier 2 & 3 distributors and large vape retail chains.
2. Support Tier 1 and Tier 2 distributors in pushing products into their retail customer base (e.g., smoke shops, convenience stores).
3. Present product offerings, negotiate pricing and terms, and drive consistent reorders.
4.Provide training, materials, and ongoing assistance to distributor sales teams
5. Provide distributors with all necessary sales materials, training, and promotional support.
6. Monitor distributor inventory levels and ensure availability of core SKUs.
7. Act as a bridge between distributors and the company’s marketing, supply chain, and product teams.
8. Track and report on distributor performance, sell-in/sell-through data, and local market trends.
Skills
1. Strong negotiation and business development skills.
2. Deep understanding B2B relationship management.
3. Excellent communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.
4. Capable of using CRM tools, Excel, and basic reporting dashboards.
The position is W2, with a base salary set at 50k per year, and we offer bonuses and commissions on top of it.
