Managing & routing office communications, scheduling and planning meetings and appointments.

Organize, maintain and update office databases and records.

Draft, proo, and edit office correspondence and documents.

Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.

Execute projects and special assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing time, gaining cooperation, monitoring progress, problem-solving, and making adjustments to plans.

Interacting professionally with all levels of staff and maintain the highest level of confidentiality.

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Exceptional organization skills and multi-tasking abilities.

Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and with professional discretion.
