We’re a small but ambitious real estate company that’s all about great spaces and even better service. We manage a mix of residential and commercial properties — and we’re growing fast. Our team is resourceful and passionate about taking care of our clients and tenants.
We’re looking for someone who wants to be part of that growth — a versatile Property Manager / Office Manager who can keep both our properties and our operations running smoothly. We have marked this role as part-time but would develop into a full time role.
What You’ll Do:
This is a hands-on, high-impact role. You’ll be the bridge between tenants, contractors, and our internal team — making sure everything runs like clockwork.
Your day-to-day might include:
Building great relationships with tenants and being their main point of contact
Coordinating maintenance and repairs with trusted vendors and contractors
Visiting properties to do walkthroughs, inspections, and checkups
Managing office operations — handling calls, scheduling, documents, and day-to-day admin
Processing invoices, payments, and expenses (with help from our accountant)
Keeping everything organized and running efficiently — both in the office and out in the field
Who You Are:
We’re looking for someone who’s organized, personable, and can wear many hats. You love problem-solving and don’t mind rolling up your sleeves to get things done.
You’ll thrive here if you:
Have experience in property management, office coordination, or a similar role
Are great with people — clear communicator, calm under pressure, solution-oriented
Don’t mind driving around to visit properties (reliable transportation required)
Are tech-savvy — comfortable with software, spreadsheets, and digital tools
Can juggle multiple priorities and still stay on top of details
Experience in real estate or working with small teams is a big plus!
An Eye for Design is a plus
