Description We are on the hunt for a experienced Accountant to join our dedicated team. Based in Dallas, Texas, the successful candidate will be tasked with a variety of accounting duties. Responsibilities: Oversee the processing of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions Conduct detailed bank reconciliations to ensure financial records are accurate Maintain and update the General Ledger regularly, ensuring all data is accurate Prepare and post Journal Entries as per business requirements Oversee the Month End Close process, ensuring all financial data is accounted for Utilize NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP to carry out accounting functions effectively Ensure customer applications are processed efficiently and accurately Maintain and update customer credit records, ensuring all data is accurate Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
