Job Description: Neapolitan Pizza Maker, Night Shifts Open (First Time in 5 Years this position is open)
WE WILL TRAIN and we are looking for LONG TERM APPLICANTS!
Location: Bellatrino Pizzeria – Dallas Farmers Market, TX(920 S. Harwood Dr. Dallas, Tx 750201)
Position: Full-Time Neapolitan Pizza Maker, Day & Night Shifts Available
Pay: $18 hour, depending on experience
Available Shifts
Shift 1 Available: 10 AM - 7PM (DAY SHIFT DAILY) - 2 Positions Available(Available Immediately for Training)
Shift 2 Available: 7 PM - 12 AM (Wednesday-Thursday, Sunday) - 1 Position Available
Shift 3 Available: 7PM-2AM(Friday-Saturday) - 1 Position Available

At Bellatrino, we take pride in making our own cheese and dough from scratch, using only the finest Italian ingredients. If you are passionate about creating authentic Neapolitan pizzas with exceptional quality, love working with a wood-fired oven, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we would love to meet you! We will train you to be able to spread dough!
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and hand-stretch Neapolitan dough using traditional methods(Make)
Craft house-made cheese and dough to incorporate it into our pizzas(Prep)
Operate and maintain a wood-fired pizza oven, ensuring ideal temperature and performance
Ensure every pizza meets Bellatrino’s high standards for flavor, texture, and presentation
Assist with ingredient prep, including dough preparation and sauce-making
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza-making station
Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours
Follow food safety regulations and sanitation standards
Qualifications:
BAKERY experience or NEAPOLITAN PIZZA experience preferred during this hiring process.
Knowledge of Italian ingredients and traditional pizza-making techniques will be taught.
Experience working with high-temperature, wood-fired ovens will be taught.
Strong attention to detail and passion for quality is required from you.
Ability to perform well in a fast-paced fun environment will be taught.
Punctual, reliable, and able to work the assigned time is a must from you.
A positive, team-oriented attitude is what we look for.
What We Offer:
Competitive hourly wage: $18 based on EXPERIENCE.
Training period(80 hours @ $16/hour, 2 reviews)
Paid breaks and complimentary meals during shifts(4 hour minimum shift)
Flexible scheduling with opportunities for extra shifts(25 hour and 40 hours a week AVAILABLE)
