Looking for experienced Pizza Maker to work on a Pizza Food Truck in Dallas. Must have experience stretching dough and cooking pizzas in a restaurant (eg., Domino’s, Pizza Hut, other pizza restaurants).
Responsibilities:
Prepare pizza supplies
Manage Dough Proofing
Stretch Dough on truck and top pizzas
Cook pizzas
Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances
Qualifications:
Must have reliable transportation (Required)
Previous Experience stretching pizza dough in a restaurant (Required)
Previous experience cooking pizza in a restaurant (Required)
Previous experience working on a food truck (Recommended)
Knowledge of Pizza ovens
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a HOT, fast-paced environment
Ability to work well with others
Friendly with good customer service
Must have a current Food Hander's Permit (Required)
