3rd shift 9:00 pm to 5:00 am $24.10
Shift 2: 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm- $23.10
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sanitation Associate to maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout our facility. This position plays a critical role in ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for our operations, staff, and products. The ideal candidate is dependable, follows procedures closely, and takes pride in maintaining a clean workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize production areas, equipment, tools, and surfaces according to company and regulatory standards
Handle and properly use cleaning chemicals and sanitation equipment
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks as scheduled
Dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with company policies
Follow all safety and hygiene guidelines, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE)
Work collaboratively with other departments to support sanitation needs during shift transitions
Maintain accurate sanitation logs and checklists
Report maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor promptly
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in sanitation, janitorial, or custodial work (manufacturing or food environment is a plus)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
Basic knowledge of safety and chemical handling procedures
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions
