Operations Specialist

Description We are in search of an Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is integral to our industry, and is based in Fort Worth, Texas, 76137, United States. As an Operations Specialist, your role will involve managing data from multiple sources, ensuring smooth operations around the clock, and maintaining effective communication with clients. You will also be tasked with coordinating projects through various stages and ensuring client needs are fully met.Responsibilities: Coordinate and facilitate projects through different phases Efficiently manage data from diverse sources, ensuring it's organized and recorded Provide constructive feedback to management for service improvement Uphold all company, state, and federal policies and regulations Prepare and assist in the preparation of reports, documents, and other job-related paperwork Communicate effectively with clients and other relevant parties Monitor and update client portals as required Collaborate with internal personnel to resolve issues as they arise Operate in a 24/7 environment, demonstrating flexibility with day, swing, or night scheduling Address assigned projects on a daily basis, which may require after hours response.
