As a Program Director - Modular experience here at UOP Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing the successful execution of modular projects with an emphasis on Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC). You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of modular projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and driving project performance. Your strong leadership skills, modular expertise, and ability to drive results will be essential in contributing to the success of Honeywell's modular projects. You will report directly to our Senior Director of Global Mega Projects and you'll work out of our Houston, TX or Des Plaines, IL location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact project delivery, customer satisfaction, and business success by effectively managing modular projects from initiation to completion. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, and project management, to ensure successful project execution. Your ability to manage project scope, schedule, cost, and quality will be critical in delivering projects on time and within budget. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and oversee the execution of modular projects
Manage a portfolio of modular projects and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
Develop and implement project management strategies and best practices
Monitor and control project performance, including scope, schedule, cost, and quality
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project success
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams
YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 10 years of experience in modular project management or related roles
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong understanding of EPC principles and methodologies
Experience managing complex modular projects with multiple stakeholders
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
