Project Manager / EstimatorCompensation – $100k/yr. - $125k/yr. (all depending on relevant qualifications, industry, and tenure)Schedule – Standard Monday - Friday Morning ShiftLocation – Lynnwood, WA (100% Onsite)Project Managers will manage roughly 20-30 projects at a time, these projects range in size but generally fall under the $500k cap . This individual will do all estimating and project management.Responsibilities
Qualify or disqualify prospective customers and/or projects.
Estimate projects, develop, and present proposals to (prospective) clients.
Manage all assigned projects to achieve Plan margin.
Write-up and issue purchase orders to vendors and coordinate equipment/material purchases to ensure equipment and/or material specifications, price & delivery is met.
Submit appropriate permit applications & coordinate to completion. Coordinate all inspections.
Write-up and/or issue purchase orders to subcontractors and coordinate all jobsite activities. Ensure Subcontractor Agreement is on master Subcontractor List.
Ensure full compliance with Safety Program on jobsites.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree or Project Management (or equivalent) job experience
5-7+ years of project estimation experience
5+ years of construction project management experience
Familiarity with the project estimation process and estimation tools (bonus(
