(Job Description)Large mechanical construction contracting company in Mukilteo, WA is currently hiring for a Project Manager / Estimator. Most of the Project Managers manager about 20-30 projects at a time which usually ends up being around 100 projects a year that ranges in size based on their capabilities but generally falls under the $500k cap. Of these 100 projects, the PM / Estimator will do all estimating and Project Manager for each of them. The company is looking for someone who is good with managing 1000 tiny little things at once.(Position Details)Title – Project Manager / EstimatorPay – $100k/yr. - $125k/yr. (all depending on relevant qualifications, industry, and tenure)Schedule – Standard Monday - Friday Morning ShiftLocation – Lynnwood, WA (100% Onsite)(Responsibilities)

Qualify or disqualify prospective customers and/or projects.

Estimate projects, develop, and present proposals to (prospective) clients.

Manage all assigned projects to achieve Plan margin.

Achieve plan sales goal.

Write-up and issue purchase orders to vendors and coordinate equipment/material purchases to ensure equipment and/or material specifications, price & delivery is met.

Submit appropriate permit applications & coordinate to completion. Coordinate all inspections.

Write-up and/or issue purchase orders to subcontractors and coordinate all jobsite activities. Ensure Subcontractor Agreement is on master Subcontractor List.

Ensure full compliance with Safety Program on jobsites.

Coordinate daily manpower requirements with the Service Supervisor or Coordinator to schedule manpower requirements.

Coordinate equipment start-up and/or commissioning. Ensure all required warranty paperwork is completed and submitted (as requested or required).

Coordinate owner training and project acceptance.

Complete and submit project warranty letter to owner.

Ensure all equipment nomenclature is forwarded to the Service Supervisor to prepare a Service Agreement on new equipment/system.

Regular attendance and promptness are considered part of each employee's essential job functions.

(Qualifications)

Bachelors Degree or Project Management (or equivalent) job experience

5-7+ years of project estimation experience

5+ years of construction project management experience

HVAC / Construction estimation experience required (Relevant Job Title or High Emphasis on the Resume)

Able to multitask and manage multiple projects at the same time
