Cook – Large Batch, Seabeck Conference Center
We're looking for an experienced cook to join our team preparing meals for groups ranging from 20 to 250 guests, depending on the season. This is a full time, year round, position and you do need to have full availability as our hours/needs shift throughout the year, though it will never be more than 40 hrs a week.
What you'll do: Plan, prep, and execute large-scale meals with a focus on quality and consistency. Summer brings our peak season with groups up to 250; off-season is a steadier pace with groups from 20-150. You'll work alongside a supportive, experienced team in a well-organized kitchen.
What we're looking for: 3+ years of commercial kitchen experience required. We strongly prefer candidates with at least 1 year in batch cooking, quantity production, or buffet-style service. You should be comfortable scaling recipes, managing prep timelines, and maintaining food safety standards at volume.
Compensation & Benefits:
$25–30/hour depending on experience
