Report to the General Sales Manager (or any Sales Manager on duty) when requested to conduct a dealer trade.
Inspect the trade vehicle before you leave the dealership noting any issues with the vehicle and bringing damage items to the attention of the manager on duty prior to driving the vehicle.
Complete an inspection of the trade vehicle as you are picking it up at the other dealership. Bring all damage items to the attention of the manager on duty at the other dealership.
Contact the General Sales Manager or Sales Manager on duty at Foothills of any damage items, issues or problems with the dealer trade vehicle prior to bringing it back to the dealership.
Obtain proper documents to drive the trade vehicle to another dealership.
Ensure proper license plates are displayed on the trade vehicle both ways for the trade driver.
Ensure the trade vehicles have enough fuel in them before driving.
Drive trade vehicles with the utmost caution ensuring your safety on the road and the safety of those around you.
Complete any other trade related duties as assigned by the General Sales Manager or Sales Manager on duty at Foothills Toyota.
