Responsible intelligent team member wanted for a small restoration company. Lots of room for upward mobility in the company. Starting wage is $28 with increases based on performance. You will be helping families eradicate mold in their homes, restoring their health and wellness. We love our work and take it seriously. Eventually this position could lead to a leadership role, project management role, mold inspector role, etc. Tasks will vary every day but include:
-Careful demolition
-Small amount framing replacements or subfloor rebuilds
-Learning and employing our patented vapor treatment process
-Sanitation
-Driving the work van and keeping it organized
-Taking inventory and reporting when new items need to be ordered
-Doing what is needed when it is needed
Must be comfortable with a circular saw. Must be willing and able to fit into the occasional attic and crawlspace (with backup close by).
Ideal candidate must have a strong work ethic, show up, and be able to get the job done. You will communicate with project manager, team members, and home owners on a daily basis through phone, photos, and in person.
Sometimes we do 3 or 4 ten hour days, sometimes 5 eight hour days. Occasionally you will be working on a Saturday.
