You'll be on the front lines, defining how GenAI and design intersect at our company. We’re looking for a hybrid Senior Product Designer that is (50%) design system and (50%) product design.
You’re a collaborative builder who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You love bringing ideas to life, crafting everything from polished demos to high-fidelity components that get your team aligned and excited. You’re driven to constantly push your craft, gathering feedback, connecting the dots, and delivering smart, scalable templates that make a huge impact, and partnering closely with engineers to ensure high-quality, file-to-production alignment.To foster the collaboration this role needs, you'll join us at our Santa Clara, CA office at least three days a week as part of our hybrid in-office model.What You’ll Be DoingModernize and Scale our Design System with GenAI: You'll be at the forefront of this effort, designing components, actively developing prototyping kits, building custom Figma plug-ins, and creating integrations for GenAI tools-MCP-Figma (like FigmaMake, Cursor, and Polymet) to accelerate workflows and define our future standards of excellence.
 Design In-Product: You'll be responsible for transforming mundane workflows into delightful experiences and delivering quality of life features based on customer feedback from concept to final implementation. Proactively conduct usability testing and use data to inform design decisions and continuously improve the user experience.
