Zentarou is a modern Japanese restaurant known for high-quality ingredients, refined technique, and a focus on seasonal Omakase and traditional sushi. We’re passionate about craftsmanship and hospitality, and we’re looking for a dedicated Sushi Chef to join our growing team.
Requirements:
– Minimum 2 years of experience in a Japanese restaurant.
– Strong sushi-making and knife skills
– Be able to make Nigiri and Sashimi
– Omakase experience is a plus
– Clean, reliable, and detail-oriented
– Works well in a team and stays calm under pressure
