O2 Treehouse, a custom treehouse design and fabrication company, is looking for a detailed oriented and organized person that can assist the General Manager in purchasing, tracking and receiving parts ordered from domestic vendors. This is a hybrid role but requires the ability to work at the warehouse location 3 or 4 days a week to verify orders and address discrepancies. Also, requires availability Monday thru Friday to order parts for projects as needed. This role has the potential to evolve into a full time position.

Job Description:
- Purchase parts as requested for various departments from suggested vendors
- Determine the best purchasing options from a quality, lead time and cost perspective
- Establish relationships and manage vendors as it relates to procurement
- Receive parts and verify the orders are correct
- Work with vendors to return parts if needed
- Ensure all paperwork associated with orders follow established internal processes
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Enjoys and excels when working with administrative details.
- Meticulous and organized mind set
- Fluent using Google Apps and Slack
- Experience working with vendors
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
- Positive attitude
- Open to experiencing the highs and lows of a small but quickly growing organization.
- Experience working in manufacturing or in the construction field a plus
- Experience working in an MRP system a plus
