Role Description
This is a full-time, entry-level Customer Service Representative/Administration position at National Graphics in Oxnard, CA. The Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional customer/sales/admin support and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
Qualifications
Customer Service and Admin Support skills
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in customer service a plus
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Outgoing and energetic
Must speak English, Bilingual a plus
