A Luxury Developer in the Miami area is hiring a Construction Project Manager for ultra-luxury single-family residential construction. These are ground-up custom homes built to the highest architectural and finish standards.
✅ Requirements:
Minimum 5–10 years of experience managing custom or high-end residential construction projects from ground-up through closeout.
Proven ability to read, interpret, and coordinate full architectural, structural, MEP, and landscape plan sets.
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, inspections, and South Florida building processes.
Skilled in critical path scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and procurement management.
Demonstrated experience with architectural finishes, tight-tolerance installations, and luxury detailing.
Capable of tracking budgets, progress billing, and change orders in coordination with office staff or ownership.
Excellent communication skills with architects, consultants, and field teams, maintaining a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
Familiar with jobsite technology (plan apps, Procore, Buildertrend, Bluebeam, etc.) or equivalent systems.
Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency highly valued.
