We are a Broward GC who will building two new structures on an established 16 acre horse facility. There is no physical work involved at all. Ideally He or She is retired and looking for something related to their previous vocation and needs to supplement their retirement income.
We need someone to be our "Ears" and "Eyes" as the project operates. Keeping records of who shows up and what they accomplish each day. Determining needs that have to be met for the sub contractors and coordinating that back to us. Lots of picture taking and sending.
