We are currently seeking part-time Licensed Security Officers to start immediately for our Leesburg location. Applicants must live within 30 to 40 minutes of the job site in Leesburg.
Position Details:
- Interviews are being conducted immediately, with a start date shortly thereafter.
- All shifts are available, and pay rates will be based on experience.
Location:
- Lake Square Mall, 10401 US Hwy 441, Suite 315
- Apply Monday through Thursday from 9 AM to 1 PM.
Shift Requirements:
- All shifts available, including overnight from 11 PM to 8 AM. Must be available from Friday to Thursday with open availability.
- Lead/Supervisor positions are available on all shifts. Candidates must be able to train, pay attention to detail, and review Daily Activity Reports (DAR) and Incident Reports.
Compensation:
- Special Detail armed officer, must be able to work Saturday & Sunday from 3 pm-10 pm $17.00 up to $18.00 based on experience.
- Base pay ranges from $14.00 to $15.00 per hour, based on experience.
- Seasonal hours pay ranges from $15.00 to $16.00 per hour, with a preference for swing shifts from 4 PM to 9 PM.
- Up to $500 hiring bonus available upon successful completion of a 90-day probation period.
Additional Opportunities:
- Emergency Floater position is also available at $16.00 per hour (on-call only). Applicants must live within 20 to 30 minutes from the site.
Requirements:
- Candidates must be able to pass an employment background check, criminal background check, and drug screening. Eligibility for the bonus is granted upon completion of the 90-day probation period.
