We are currently seeking part-time Licensed Security Officers to start immediately at our Leesburg location. Applicants must reside within 30 to 40 minutes of the job site in Leesburg.
Position Details:
Holiday Opportunity: Extra Money, Part-Time
- Interviews are being conducted immediately, with a start date shortly thereafter.
- All shifts are available, and pay rates will be based on experience.

Lake Square Mall, 10401 US Hwy 441, Suite 315
Apply Monday through Thursday from 9 AM to 12 PM.
Shift Requirements:
- All shifts are available, including overnight shifts from 11 PM to 8 AM. Applicants must be available from Friday to Thursday and have open availability.
- Lead/Supervisor positions are available for all shifts. Candidates must be able to train, pay attention to detail, and review Daily Activity Reports (DAR) and Incident Reports.
Compensation:
- Special Detail armed officer position available. Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays from 3 PM to 10 PM, with a pay rate of $17.00 to $18.00 based on experience.
- Base pay ranges from $14.00 to $15.00 per hour, depending on experience.
- Seasonal hours pay ranges from $15.00 to $16.00 per hour, with a preference for swing shifts from 4 PM to 9 PM.
- Up to a $150 hiring bonus is available upon the successful completion of a 90-day probation period.
Additional Opportunities:
- An Emergency Floater position is also available at $17.00 per hour (on-call only). A minimum commitment of 2 days is required. Applicants must live within 20 to 30 minutes of the site.
Requirements:
- Candidates must pass an employment background check, criminal background check, and drug screening. Eligibility for the bonus will be granted upon completion of the 90-day probation period.
