ob Title: Concrete Laborer
Pay Range: $23–$25 per hour (based on experience)
Position Type: Temporary, with potential for permanent hire
Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Concrete Laborer to join our team. The role involves working on various residential concrete projects including walls, foundations, and flooring. This is not a finishing position.
Responsibilities:
Set and strip concrete forms
Lay out and pour footings
Pour and assist in various forms of flat work for residential projects
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized manner
Drive a large non-CDL flatbed truck to and from job sites
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to safely operate and drive a large non-CDL flatbed truck
Experience in concrete work preferred, but not required
Physical ability to perform labor-intensive tasks and work in outdoor conditions
Safely handle and maneuver concrete forms weighing up to 90lbs
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Background check and pre-employment drug testing required for this position
Must haves:
Work boots
tool belt with hammer and tape measure
