Our work depends on the Ops Coordinator joining our team to support DEO in its efforts to plan, prepare and execute during emergency operations across the Agency.HOW A PROGRAM ANALYST SENIOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

Receive reports from, and distributes reports to, internal and external partners.

Triage Requests for Information (RFI), for Assistance (RFA), or Resources (RFR) when received.

Coordinate with response task forces and teams to meet support requirements.

Participate in meetings, briefings, and working groups, and contribute to reports and other feedback mechanisms as appropriate.

Develops schedules and track projects to meet support requirements and determining resource requirements.

Communicate any issues, problems, or additional information to managers and project stakeholders and recommend solutions.

Monitor and evaluate project timeline and activity and report on progress to project managers.

Manage shifting priorities

During any Emergency Activation responsibilities may change to meet shifting demands

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science

Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience as outlined above.

Required Technical Skills: Teams, Zoom, MS Office

Required Skills and Abilities: Strong written and communication skills, highly organized, and extreme flexibility and willingness to accept new challenges

Preferred Skills: Previous CDC experience, public health experience, emergency response experience

Location: Remote based out of Atlanta, GA.
